1.1 General Refund Policy: Marshmallow Mango does not issue refunds unless there is an issue on our end. As we process orders as they come in, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preferences or change of mind.

1.2 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be considered for products that are damaged or incorrect due to our error. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving the product.

1.3 Return Process: If you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within the aforementioned five (5) business days to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

1.4 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the issue is determined to be on our end. If the product is deemed to be damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will refund the shipping costs along with the product refund.

1.5 Refund Timeline: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited back in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card. Cash refunds are only available for cash purchases.
